Suggestions

Hey Losers,
One of our 12 losers(Amy) came up with a good idea, but it was on an older post and you may not have seen it and I wanted to run it by everyone to see what you think.
Amy suggested skipping a weigh in, but pay an extra week for the skip.  Maybe you are going away for the weekend and you are not planning on worrying about your diet or perhaps you have a function to attend and you really want to tie one on......I think you would have to pre-pay for the skip prior to weigh in day, so everyone knows who's in for the week.  Maybe every loser is allowed one skip week?  What are your thoughts?

AND THE LOSERS ARE.....

Congratulations to our Week 2 winners Kris and Katie! 
 Nice job Kris....you have stepped up your game...you have been spotted by several losers running around town! Kate, Mike Boyle's must be working! 
  Whether you lost a lot or just a little or nothing at all.........STAY MOTIVATED!  It didn't take a week to put unwanted weight on and it is not going to come off in a week. 
                                                 
                                                       CHALLENGE TIME

Ok, so here is a challenge for everyone....Week 3 can be a little boring and unmotivating, so does anyone have any ideas about a fun challenge we can all particpate in?  Perhaps a group run around the high school track........yes there will be drinks after!  Be creative... and post your ideas!

Congratulations

Congrats go out to Dave and Di for being Week 1 Biggest Losers!  Everyone had a great week...keep it up.  Remember, next Tuesday after you weigh in and go to the % calculator you will plug in yesterday's weight and your new weight for next week...you won't need to plug in your starting weight until the end of the challenge when we have our overall losers. So keep up the good work and if anyone is looking for any support or helpful tips feel free to create a post and I will give you my password so you can post them.

Week 1: 12 Woburn Losers

Welcome Losers!
How was your week? What were your struggles and what worked? 
 At some point tomorrow, Tuesday you need to weigh in.  Remember, you need to know last week's weight as well.  Once you have weighed in you can go to:
http://www.fitwatch.com/qkcalc/calculate-weight-loss-percentage.html  You will plug in last week's weight and this week's weight and get your percentage of weight loss.  Don't forget that you are not rounding your weight up or down...every bit counts, so be sure if you have ".ounces" to plug that into the calculator. 
You may then post your name and percentage under the comments on our new fancy blog.  I am going to figure out how you can all access the blog and make a post, but for now I think we can all read and respond to the comments.  Good luck to everyone and may the biggest loser win!
